At Paradise Wildlife Park we pride ourselves on our good customer service and as our name suggests we want to provide a paradise for our visitors.
Using a short powerpoint presentation this study session looks at the types of customers we have and the different ways our good customer service is delivered.
We look at a range of subjects that are relevant to all businesses including customer complaint procedures and the various services that we provide.
Marketing Presentation
Every business, however good, will need to market its product; it is around us everywhere on the internet, in magazines, newspapers and on radio and TV. It’s big business.
During this presentation you will be introduced to our successful marketing initiatives and new projects we are undertaking. We will illustrate to you our target markets and how we reach them.
