We have three fun an exciting classroom based topics for you to choose from. Each is designed to cover key stage 2 in the National Curriculum and lasts approximately half an hour. Each student will be given activity work sheets.

CIRCLE OF LIFE: What came first the chicken or the egg?

Learn how a selection of animals evolve through life. Following the lifecycle of a chicken from egg to adulthood.

SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST

The focus of this session is amazing ways in which animals have evolved and adapted in order to survive the various habitats and environments of the world.

MINI BEASTS

A half hour session discovering the unusual world of mini beasts. How many legs does an ant have? What are antennae used for? What animal can survive without its head? All will be revealed.

Key Stage 3

Years 7-9: Ages 11-14yrs Group Limit: 30

Covering key stage 3 in the ational Curriculum we offer:

CONSERVATION IN PARADISE

During this half hour session we aim to raise awareness of environmental issues and conservation projects. We look at the problems threatening wildlife in different countries around the world, focusing on habitat loss, hunting and population growth.

We will discuss the various conservation projects Paradise Wildlife Park support including the Wildlife Heritage Foundation Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent.

Following the presentation your group will be takenon a guided tour of the Animla Park. Each student will receive an information pack.
