We offer tailor made study sessions based on the topics below. Packages include a tour of the Animal Park and an information pack for each student.

A short power point presentation looking at the type of customers we have and the different ways our "good customers service" is delivered. Subjects discussed include our staff training, disability awareness and customer complaint procedures.

A presentation about our marketing initiatives and the projects we are undertaking to target potential visitors and new markets.
