Madagascan Hissing Cockroach

Hissing cockroaches live up to their names by hissing to mimic the sound of a snake, which will hopefully scare away any predators.

Hissing cockroaches are one of only 20% of cockroaches that can fly! There are around 400 species of cockroach. Cockroaches are very clean and will wash themselves if they come into contact with humans!

DID YOU KNOW? Cockroaches can survive being frozen, microwaved and it has also been proved that they can live without a head! No surprise they have been on earth for 280 million years then.
