Madagascan Tree Boa

The Madagascan tree boa is a nocturnal snake, feeding on small mammals and birds, seeking them out using the heat-sensitive pits around its mouth that enables it to hunt for warm-blooded prey in complete darkness. Boas most give birth to live young.

DID YOU KNOW? When born Madagascan Trea Boa is red in colour. This makes them look more dangerous until they are big enough to defend themselves.
