Arrive at Paradise Wildlife Park from 5pm to wander the animal park, enjoy keeper talks and a Big Cat health check at 6:30pmon the animal park.
The main event will begin at 7pm in the Marquee and includes;
Ian Jones – Section Leader of Large Carnivores here at Paradise Wildlife Park – update on our cats and the conservation work of ZSH.
Giles Clark – Director of Cats at WHF, The Big Cat Sanctuary – update on WHF and their big cat conservation work as well projects they are supporting in the field. You may have seen his recent TV series 'Big Cats About the House' that showed Giles & the Big Cat Sanctuarys incredible work they do.
Richard Vigne - Cheif Executive Officer of Ol Pejeta Conservancy - The son of a tea planter, Richard was born in Kericho in western Kenya. He studied Zoology at Newcastle University and there after worked as the operations manager for a safari company in Uganda and western Zaire. In 1994, Richard returned to the UK to complete a masters degree in "Management for Agricultural Development" prior to taking up his current position as CEO of the Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
